UK standard delivery is £4.91. Shipping charges apply to every order, regardless of order value. Express is £5.90 where available. Unless a different lead time is agreed before purchase, allow 2–4 business days for preparation plus 3–5 business days for standard delivery after dispatch. For ordinary non-personalised online purchases, tell us within 14 days after delivery, then return the goods within another 14 days. A reason is optional. You pay change-of-mind return postage where disclosed before purchase. Using wax or burning a candle goes beyond inspection and may result in a lawful deduction for loss in value.
